The majority of the people are nice, pleasant and friendly.

Management. I witnessed, and spoke up about, management bullying production staff.
Their condescending attitude towards anyone in a lower position was difficult to witness.
None.
There a some great people there but too few.
Mgmt are inadequate and stuck in 1980’s as is the factory.
Cons
They are one mistake away from killing someone with a serious nut allergy as they don’t or won't understand the severity of cross contamination.
Mgmt will not take responsibility or ownership.
But then when you have a CEO who does’t communicate what can you expect.
