Pros

It's a great place to start gathering experience as a computer science student. As an Intern, the company provided many opportunities to work in different areas of SW develpment: QA, reviewing code, specification, defining tests. The company also respect intern's school time.

Cons

There are several downsides of working at the company: 1) The pay is not that great (at least for interns). They should provide better compensation or students will select another company if they have a chance. 2) Prospect of a growing career at Triangle is not great. The company size hasn't changed much. It's impossible for an intern to find a full-time possition there.
