      Pros

      Most of the people you work with are great. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Low Salaries/raises, Upper management only promote their friends, no room for advancement, workload is insane. Had a family feel until Anixter bought them out, now everyone is just a number to them and they have no clue how to manage this company.
