      Benefits reflect organization's care for employees Flexible - generous PTO, ability to work from home Mission-centered Great community of donors and supporters

      Cons

      Hierarchical structure was criticized by many employees and when leadership attempted to diffuse that, business and mission got off course. 100% agreement across all levels of org is not possible and leadership was sometimes criticized without staff understanding all that goes into decision-making and running a business.

      The mission of the organization and the goals of the programs is what makes Treehouse standout. The people that do the work with youth are amazing. The pay is higher than similar jobs in certain areas of the state.
