      Pros

      The Ottawa office is small but growing team with lots of opportunities. Team members are very helpful and encouraging of new hires. There is lots of work to be done and it is fulfilling to know that your contributions make a direct impact to the product. It is clear that there is a lot of room to grow and develop my career here. This job has taught me so much in my short amount of time here.

      Cons

      Current office space is tight, but we are moving to a bigger and modern office next year. Working with remote team members can be a challenge.
