      BBQs, friendly coworkers, clean office environment. Middle management is great.

      Cons

      Difficult to grow or move on to learn new skills. Exec Management will keep you locked in a role. Only certain individuals are promoted. Advanced jobs are not posted for all to apply. Senior Management is combative and condescending. Heavy workload minimal pay.
