      Lots of recent investment in the business with new people and starting to grow fast. Alot of people working hard. Seems like a good environment so far.

      Cons

      Lots of moving pieces and need to hire more. Was a big enough people right now. Just moving fast and a lot to do since it's a freight brokerage

      - Leadership is disorganized and fails to provide proper support - Training is nonexistent, leaving employees unprepared and frustrated - Targets are unrealistic and set up for failure - The system feels deliberately designed to force employees out
