      Pros

      Work with some of the smartest people in the industry on a daily basis and be empowered to make the right decision for the customer. Transmit breeds conviction in what you are selling or implementing with a customer first culture. Also you get to work with the best developers in the world regardless of your role due to the emphasis on collaboration across the entire company.

      Cons

      None to think of unless you do not like a fast paced environment that challenges you to get out of your lane and make bold decisions.

      As the company is growing fast there are periods where there is more work than resources to take it, the company is however hiring quickly to scale up

      Since starting at Transmit, I have learned the power and enjoyment of working with a talented team towards a single goal. Transmit provides an environment to grow and learn working with some of the best talent in the industry all while emphasizing the importance of work life balance. What I really like about working at Transmit is their focus on customer service making it easy for me to represent myself with integrity within the industry. I am proud to work at Transmit because of the quality of the product. The development team in Israel represents the best of the best in cyber security development which makes selling, supporting and implementing the product that much easier and fun!

      Transmit is fast paced and continuous learning is required to be successful.
