"Misogynistic management, lots of talk about how important the workplace culture is but when push comes to shove culture means less than nothing, there is too much politics and people trying to big note themselves, management claims to be open to change and suggestions for improvement but staff are blocked from implementing anything, too many people in positions they're not qualified for or have the experience to do properly while people who do have those qualities are actively suppressed or have their lives made so miserable that they leave, managers who are so afraid that their staff are out to take their jobs that they stab them in the back instead of recognizing that good managers encourage and nurture good staff, ridiculous levels of bureaucracy alongside a stunning lack of consistent policies and procedures, underpaid staff while the MD has a Maserati and the CFO just keeps buying big screen TVs, talk about the importance of a work/life balance but just keep piling on the work and people are just supposed to grin and bear it, TOIL is great but you never get time to take it and overtime is a four letter word, some of the managers are real bullies" "4) NO TRAINING!"
