Pros

Nice people, well laid out office, some perks with the job, some senior executives were nice, the owners were also very pleasant.

Cons

No career growth and people seemed to get promoted rarely, I experienced bullying firsthand by two people on two separate occasions which does not fit into their apparent culture but nothing was done when I reported it and the pay was low.

Pros

This is a fast-paced work environment that constantly challenges you to be at give it your best because it does gives you back. I feel respected, listened to and part of a family. There is utmost professionality in everything that it's done, extremely client-oriented and transparent in every step of the way. And there is also the unique warmth and the human touch from upper management to members of the team. The Pi campus are gorgeous.

Cons

Remote employees do not get the same perks as those on site (free training, free leasure activities, massages, gym, etc). Which is within reason since the the company started recruiting global employees a couple of years ago. I know they are working towards balancing things out.

Some PMs are rude and difficult to reach out to poor LQS system suddenly there's no work at all
