      - Environment is laid back and friendly, and they nave a unique knack for hiring good people who work hard and are easy to get a long with - The management team has an open-door policy and works hard to develop personal relationships with employees so that they can best support them

      - Your summer's are very very busy, cause it's ice cream

      Drivers mostly on salary. They provide about 1 week training.

      Cons

      Sometimes shifts may be longer then 10 hrs. Business is seasonal and often someone get laid off fall time.

      Pros

      Management is really supportive and put a lot in to training. There is a great group of people to work with, and the product is fun. (ICE CREAM!) Quite a few opportunities for growth, too.

      Cons

      Most of the customers are great, but some can get upset, especially during the busy season, but the supervisor can help you through it.
