      Pros

      The people who worked at the company were really dynamic and quite easy to work with. My coordinator was really helpful and tried as best as she could to find me classes that fit my interests and background. They were also willing to get you the material you needed for your classes. They also set up a few events every year to help bring the people in the program together like tours and wine tastings.

      Cons

      My main cons is really cons of teaching business English in Madrid, there is a lot of travel time on a daily basis. Also because I did the internship program when it was still in its early years, the pay wasn't the greatest. But I do know that since then they have really improved the program and how much they pay.

As you say there is a fair amount of commuting but in the Spanish teaching job market where most classes are F2F that goes with the territory. Our Coordination department does its upmost to assign classes in the same location but it´s not always possible. Thank you very much for your feedback.

      Great Program to Work and Live in Spain

      Pros

      This is a great program if you're looking for a way to live and work in Spain because they give you a visa (the most difficult thing to find) and provide support Throughout your stay in Spain. It's a very nice working environment with lots of personal attention and treatment. Before you start teaching, they provide you with a training course which really helps you start feeling comfortable giving classes before you start. Throughout the program they provide training and materials to help you continue improving as a teacher. Teaching adults in many different fields allowed me to meet many different kinds of people that I wouldn't have met otherwise. All in all, it was a great experience! I would definitely recommend the program to anyone, especially if you want to teach but don't want to deal with the typical behavior problems you'd face teaching kids.

      Cons

      The worst part of the program was the traveling. I spent a lot of time on the metro. They definitely try to accommodate you and put your classes together, but it's not always possible. It wasn't that bad, though, because I figured out pretty fast how to make the most of my time on the metro.

We do work with a leader in international education which handles study abroad programs all over the world, I´m sorry that you had trouble finding our program, but pleased you did find it and enjoyed your experience.
