They expect you to be in every position. Janitorial, Mechanic, Electrician, and on multiple occasions go out in the street with a shovel, rake, and a trash bag picking up all the gunk and trash off the sidewalk in the street. My point being you are not only a "Cultivator", but more of a maid in their regards.
