Pros

The only thing positive was vacation time.

Cons

TradingPartners seemed like a good place to work several years ago but management has changed drastically. Turnover is out of control. People get fired without any warning or reason. The only way to get a raise or promotion is to be "in" with top management, not off of work performance. Overall I would say it's a high stress environment that doesn't offer a work/life balance for most employees. Leaving TradingPartners was one of the best choices I've ever made.

Pros

Only pros are: time off for vacation and health benefits package are attractive.

Cons

Company is too focused on generating profit which results in a very high employee turnover (over 25% in the first quarter of this year alone!!); Performance reviews do not yield any kind of promotion or bonus; no annual raises.
