I have been with Trading 212 for just over a year, and joining this company has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. This is a place where hard work is genuinely recognised and rewarded, and where your ideas are valued regardless of your role or seniority. Every individual’s talent is given the opportunity to be seen, heard, and developed.
One of the aspects I appreciate most is the senior management team. They are incredibly approachable, supportive, and genuinely care about their people. Despite their busy schedules, they always make time to stay connected with the teams and step in when guidance or clarification is needed.
I would also like to highlight the HR team, which is by far the best I have experienced in any workplace. They demonstrate genuine care for employees and maintain a fair, supportive, and people-focused approach. You always know you can reach out with any matter and receive understanding and assistance.
