Pros
Top Stack is a (small) local boutique staffing firm but the leadership is outstanding (mighty). The professional development and guidance beats any large firm and you really feel like you can succeed here. The work life balance and internal communication is great. If you work hard, it will pay off.
Cons
Health benefits are similar to any other small local business

You feel holistically supported both as a person and a professional at Top Stack. Top Stack has genuine, approachable leadership in every area of the company. Top Stack strikes a good balance of providing their employees autonomy yet offering the necessary support when needed or expressed.
Cons
I have not come across any notable concerns in my time spent at Top Stack.
