      Pros

      Top Stack is a (small) local boutique staffing firm but the leadership is outstanding (mighty). The professional development and guidance beats any large firm and you really feel like you can succeed here. The work life balance and internal communication is great. If you work hard, it will pay off.

      Ability to build out my own schedule and no ceiling for how much I can make

      Small group of people, so not an environment for someone who wants to hide and have minimal contact.
