      Nice people, company culture is very lax, good opportunity to develop and do own thing, ability to learn a lot

      Cons

      No one knows quite what to do with the community; upper management is steering away from it when it really should be improving the potential there

      It's a Shame the Model Changed

      Pros

      The people were fantastic. While it was odd that we operated for a long time with split HQs (Philly and Scottsdale), everyone managed it very well.

      Cons

      I knew things were heading down the chute when the co-founder left. The new President's behaviors resembled a Realtor staging a home for an open-house showing.
