Working at ToolJet has been a really positive experience. The culture is genuinely good. People are respectful, open to ideas, and easy to talk to. There is no unnecessary politics, and leadership is approachable. The work is interesting and meaningful. You get real ownership and your contributions actually matter. It is not the kind of place where you feel like just another employee. Compensation is solid and fair for the work you do. The team is one of the best parts. Smart people, kind people, and very supportive overall.
