Pros

Unfortunately I could not see any benefits of working there with such a coworkers and boss ..

Cons

There is no relevant structure in the company, "boss" is doing everything Hr/Sales/Accounting/programming/BI/BA just to save some money and to stay on top of the heads of the employees, he is trying to micro management everything. Onboarding process does not exist even tho they promise before you start working that you will be having a mentor, they are just giving you file with all the passwords on the first day and they think that you will know everything about their big app that is being built in last 30 years ... For the colleagues to answer you will wait 2-3 days and that is because a lot of them are not regular employees, they are usually contractors so they dont care about anything except themselves.. Whole atmosphere is very very toxic and that can be felt in every segment of the company.. All in all, it was just waste of time and money since i did not get paid for my last month.. if you already have a job it is not worth to change it and come to work here, if you are someone without any exp. you can just come, stay here for few months and have something to put in your CV.

Its not repetitive Management is fine 40 hours per week (company policy is not to work more)

Cons

Sometimes you can sense lack of organisation

Its not boring because there are always new things to learn, working remotly is a great option,

Cons

Not enough soft skils, beginers wage is not so great, onbording and traning are not well defined
