      There is a small clique that makes all the decisions, while others have no real influence The environment feels very unfair and biased HR does not help and seems unaware of what a real HR role should be High workload with pay that doesn’t match the effort

      Micro management, high turnover, unprofessional and outdated workplace with rude management and staff who treat other employees with no respect. Senior management do not acknowledge those who work under them.

      Pros

      Enjoyed working with staff and most employers in IT. It was fast paced and treated employees with respect.

      Cons

      Pay scale nor raises were handed out much. However the company was in a deep recession and infrastructure was being adjusted, so I understood. Minimal roles and staff made it difficult to maneuver.
