      More anonymous surveys for staff. Make sure the people you are bringing in for upper management actually agree with your guiding principles and follow them. Management is always in a terrible mood when upper management (regional) is around, for good reason. Stop changing bonus structure so that you don’t have to play front line staff. Greedy

      Fast sales experience and the entry level to help grow yourself quickly. Other employees are usually great people.

      Cons

      Upper management, pay, commission pay has been cut more and more for years, anti inflation of pay doesn’t hold well for an inflating world.
