Pros
Payed slightly above minimum wage, friendly coworkers and easy application process. Higher-ups reachable over WhatsApp and very flexible timing. No minimum hours (depending on contract) and ability to work in different locations.
Cons
No training given and some tasks confusing. Days felt very long and getting in touch with support if a customer had a specific question could be difficult, especially when working late as higher-ups would sometimes leave earlier.
