Pros

Let me be honest there are a few guys in there that are making really good money.

Cons

The hours are from 10 to 8 but really if you want to grab any half decent leads you'd have to get there at about 8 in the morning. You have to work your way up to getting quality leads, there isn't an equal opportunity for everyone to make money, at least at first there isn't. Although they "let out" at 8 they look at you as if you're lazy if you actually leave at that time. Your first couple of weeks are spent calling people who are not interested and have been contacted by so many reps that they're are irate once you tell them where you're calling from. Expected to make about 150 to 200 calls a day but since not everyone is getting fresh leads you're basically harassing people who have already been called by so many other reps. It's a bait and switch sale so for the most part people are turned off once you move from the bait to the switch. When I asked a manager for some coaching he flat out told me no because he didn't think I was going to last, which I didn't think was very professional of him.
