Busy and relaxed. Good interaction between staff and management A great service concept. Celebrated success when they occured Rick will do what ever he can to help the sales and marketing folks

Promises not kept - to employees or customers I was brought in to do one thing but wound up doing something quite different

Pros
More than fair compensation, based on experience and individual contribution to corporate goals. CEO is highly involved in day-to-day ops, contributing to a real startup vibe. Willing to take chances on employees suggestions for improvements to the application and processes, counterbalanced with demands for involvement and loyalty (which is amply rewarded). Each day brings new challenges so work doesn't feel stagnant.
Cons
Scope of work is large (but not unmanageable), can occasionally lead to long hours. If you're looking for a 9-5 and want to check-in/check-out, this is not the place for you.
