Pros
Working at Thunkable has been great thanks to the incredible team of passionate and supportive co-workers. Easy to collaborate with everyone! Also, our product is not only fun but also holds immense potential in the market. Being part of a company that is constantly evolving and pushing boundaries is super exciting! And I would finish with the flexibility to work remotely has been a significant perk, especially during challenging times. It has enabled a better work-life balance and allowed me to be more productive.
Cons
While remote work offers flexibility, I do miss the in-person interactions with colleagues. Building relationships and camaraderie through virtual means can sometimes feel lacking. We meet in-person at least once a year so that's great :) We are currently in a pivotal moment for the company, with some very positive changes and excited to see what's going to happen, but obviously it creates some uncertainty but this is the start-up life !!
