Decent people, but micromanagement is an issue, and a total chaotic management style. Wacko!

Micromanagement style, Israeli workers seem to have no problems and never work as hard as Americans. Multiple managers to report to confusing sales and who is actually your boss. Basically I don't recommend working here if you are in sales.
