-Highly diverse, welcoming, and positive team -Competitive compensation and top-notch benefits -Very flexible schedule, PTO, and fully remote -Excellent Team Leads and Managers that value their employees -Engaging tasks and exciting level of rapid growth -Constructive feedback and mentorship for newer team members -Opportunities to stay sharp with monthly Engineering Learning Days and technical presentations

Cons

-There is a learning curve for anyone who is new to the Insurance space, but the team is very aware of that and provides plenty of time and resources to assist in getting caught up to speed.
