Location: From where I live, there was no quick way to get to their office/shop. Space was limited for the amount of work being done, so organization was sometimes an issue. Since there was no place to put anything, orders would get misplaced at times.
Can be a fun environment, and since it’s a small office you can always find the person you need to ask a question. Good location.
Cons
Lack of transparency or consistency. Lack of appreciation. Anytime there are business issues, they take it out on the employees. Unable to take criticism themselves, but happy to dole it out and gaslight you into thinking you’re not doing enough.
