Cons
Subpar pay even with the bonuses, unless your straight out of school and ok with making $15 an hour. I t’s hard to get raises. There is a lot of turnover get used to being short handed. You are expected to know a lot of information about the product but get paid like you are a simple laborer No one seems to be happy to be here except the high ups and family/friends of the high ups.
