Overworked, Underpaid.

Co-Workers are fun. You get to buy cheap clothes.

Cons

You feel like you're a child working here. All the stylist are very young, it's almost like you're in school, except you do the same thing over and over day in day out. The system is very manual and the expectations are insane for what you're being paid. The management is mediocre and sometimes degrading. Very tough place to stay.

I liked some of my coworkers and i used to enjoy the job in the beginning

Cons

There was no room to grow. They hired a new manager who altered everything around that was pushing for quantity over quality with customers and already made a high stress environment with their demand for answering calls even worse. It tanked and messed up our bonuses and their structure. Clear favoritism in certain instances. Don't speak up about issues unless you want a target on your back.

Nice gear you can purchase at times. Cool environment, and staff.

AWFUL MANAGEMENT. From the owner to the managers, the was no sense of direction. None the less leadership.
