Pros

You will feel like you're abondoned in a cyber cafe with two monitors.

Cons

It's a con company. You will forget everything you have will learnt in your career. The product and domain is boring. You will not even do maintainance work on product because there is no access to repository. And yes, the managers are jokers who can make you laugh by their incompetent skillsets. Please think and analyze(as the name suggests) before joining!

Pros

Good if you happy for not doing any productive work?

Cons

1. No access to main code. 2. Only Head office has the permission to think, design, develop i.e all key areas of software development life cycle. 3. You will be given some documents which has all the steps written and you need to follow to do POC for clients. 4. Luckily if you are given some project then how do you debug if you don't have main code base, its bit annoying that you need decompiler to look at the code. Now Imagine how they treat Pune employees working on same project ?? As a question in your interview and see how people responds ? * Ask yourself - How can you grow if HEAD himself reluctant to share information with you. 5. Head of the company always afraid to share code with their own employees who works in India location. Is he afraid of Indian employees ? 6. Being the java developer , can you imagine not writing java code for entire year. I have not opened eclipse for probably couple of months. 7. No separate company and share space with ECS(cheap people) who is in charge of all administrative work. 8. I have seen some good reviews in glassdoor and found that mostly were written by freshers.

Pros

There is not enough work so plenty of spare time to explore new technologies. Good work-life balance Not much technology know how required, as it is a repetitive work usually its support. No work pressure, extremely relaxed environment Might get to travel for couple of weeks to Glasgow It is advisable to join if you need relaxed job with not much work pressure and do a part time job, however this is not a company to be with for long time. The interview is not justified with the kind of routine work, so make sure you prepare good for interview.

Cons

All the important tasks are performed at headquarters, so other offices do not have any technological updates. There is not enough of work, most of the work is support(No development). Nothing new to learn in terms of technology Very limited domain knowledge is shared with other offices except for headquarters. No trust on employees at other offices, and everything works as decided by upper management. No HR policies (specially for US and Singapore). If you need job satisfaction in terms of work quality and working environment(management)/ policies this might not be the right option.
