Pros

There is maybe two nice people in the office that do not act like they are afraid of being punished for smiling or common courtesy.

Cons

Many reasons not to work here. They hold your pay for a month when you start and then they only pay on the 1st and the 15th if that falls on a week day or non holiday. Once I did not get my paycheck until the 5th of the month because of a weekend and a holiday. Total disregard for the employees needs. Everything I was offered in my interview never came to pass. It was a complete fabrication of facts. The XXX is so devious when potential investors, employees, or business partners come in she puts Think Safe signage on every door in the building to make it appear the company inhabits more space than their tiny corner. The organization that backs their online and in person safety training is made up and and ran by Think Safe, it is not a national organization It is all an illusion. The XXX cuts everyone off at the knees embarrassing them in front of clients and other employees. It is difficult to sit in a meeting and have her humiliate everyone in the room, especially men, most of whom are relatives. There is no training, feedback, or true encouragement. The communication is non existent. This is by far the worst job I have ever had.

Pros

Revenue is few and far between. Bring cash and your financial advisor, buy out the company.

Cons

Absence of upper management persons with knowledge and understanding of how to manage people effectively. Training is not given. Expectations are to 'teach' yourself. Lack of management/training will likely be the end to this company.

Revenue is healthy at Think Safe. The company is a leader in the industry and successful, financially and as a business achieving their objectives to "Make Minutes Matter". This review was written by a disgruntled employee that could not grasp concepts and did not hit desired objectives for their job and quickly was exited. Job expectations and training are provided - there is alot to learn and that is fully disclosed while hiring and during interviews.

Thank you for your review. Customer service is ironically one of the company's highest priorities and Think Safe has a customer support team that is unmatched in capability, staffed by experienced and tenured employees who are treated very well. Books like Raving Fans, FISH!, and Who Moved My Cheese are part of the company mission and Making Minutes Matter. Think Safe's hiring and firing is done by the CEO. Team Leaders assign and oversee daily duties but the CEO is the party in charge of hiring/firing, which can be subjected to negative attacks by former employees. The CEO does not directly interact with all employees daily due to job demands but has the unfortunate job of delivering bad news when an employee is not performing. Performance plans are part of company practice and employees are given the chance to improve and perform to meet/exceed standards. Think Safe practices sound HR policies, has a very high client retention rate, treats all employees equally well, and communicates with all employees even if it is regarding difficult topics. Think Safe stands behind moral ethical conduct that is historically proven by their 15 yr plus history, client retention, loyal employee base with tenure, and continual growth even during difficult economic times.
