      Supportive management, offers alot of learning opportunities.

      Cons

      The Switch is new company. They just opened the first building in Melbourne in 2023 so there is not a lot of room for growth (yet) and the pay is not that competitive.

      Company culture is young and malleable to improvements. In a small unit a single person with good hindsight and attitude can make a huge difference.

      Cons

      Vision of the company is lacking, mainly hunting after the latest trends in the industry.
