Favoritism. We keep our own tips. But, the weak dealers get the easy games like blackjack. The experienced dealers get stuck with the difficult players who dont tip. The floor people struggle to move us around so you might get stuck with the abusive players for multiple rounds. Meanwhile, one game simpletons get the easy fun players who tip.
