      Absolutely Nothing. Wish I had a pro but nothing comes to mind. Hoping other people experience a better environment ...

      Cons

      Everything: management is erratic & extremely difficult to work with. Work morale: nonexistent. Staff are severely underpaid & treated in a very demeaning manner.

      learn a lot. wear many different hats. great location. meet a lot of different business people. creative opportunities.

      need better management structure, training is very off the cuff. some bullying and sloppiness within the business.
