      Pros

      Great working environment, flexible, supportive leadership and collaborative team members. Overall a great place to learn and grow, you'll be supported and rewarded for as long as you do your part in growing the company as well.

      Cons

      most employees are remote so communication can sometimes be challenging if you don't get replies on time. You must also be mature enough to practice self discipline and manage your time well

      Pros

      The leadership team is open to feedback and receptive to changes and new ideas, especially within the e-commerce space. The company offers a work-from-home setup, which provides great flexibility and work-life balance. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and gain hands-on experience, making it a good environment for professional growth. The whole team is very easy to work with and promotes a positive working environment

      Cons

      As the company continues to grow, it would be great to see additional employee benefits introduced in the future, particularly HMO coverage. I understand that the company is still relatively young and expanding, so this is something I'm hopeful for down the road. 😊 As the organization matures, it would also be valuable to have more support for formal training, certifications, and professional development programs to further help employees grow in their careers.
