Pros

Getting to know the children

Cons

The downside of the company is that they don’t care about the safety of the workers. The company blinds the workers with a starting pay of $ 12 hr . The company will also take a child of psychiatric medication will out telling the staff about it and put the staff in severe danger . The kids that stay in the group homes are very strong and dangerous to the public . The company only provides care to the kids that are supposed to be in state institutions because they get more money for them. It’s all about the money and it’s very sad . The company has a school that’s not accredited with non licensed teachers and teacher assistants . This company should be closed down . It’s a group home for criminals and rapists. At this time they have about 3 male rapist on the campus and the victims are forced to be around them all the time. It’s very disgusting and disrespectful .

Pros

The Learning Tree offers a lot of opportunities for ambitious and dedicated employees to advance there career. Hourly employees can earn overtime and have a lot of chances to do that. Working with the special needs population has it's challenges, but the supervisors do all they can to train and support direct-care staff. Some of the best people in the world work at The Learning Tree.

Cons

Some staff do not follow the training and sometimes do things that make situations worse instead of better. That can make it more dangerous for everyone. Overtime is required sometimes.
