Our Vision statement is: “Giving all children the opportunity to thrive.” Now is an exciting time to be part of our development team as we are steadily working to enhance our technical platforms as we move from legacy systems onto a new modern educational prosperity platform for all of our products. New technologies are swiftly changing, being investigated, and regularly implemented to best meet and exceed the needs of our clients. Company-wide we are also investing in our Employee Value Proposition program. We recognize that we have the best employees and hope to keep them happily working for us. We have recently introduced a competitive Pay For Performance Annual Incentive Plan (which includes annual pay increases and bonuses) that recognizes and rewards employees at the Individual, Team, and Company levels.
