Pretty much everything about the job. The pay is poor, there are no benefits, they tout minimum employment standards as perks (looking at you, stat holidays + 10). They give very little freedom or autonomy but expect total ownership of the sales process. The human aspect means that if you get bad sales, you get bad sales. A lot of prospects see the company as a scam and the number/email domain is blocked by most spam filters. They push for unethical if not illegal sales tactics and give little to no training on how to actually sell - ironic for a training and development company. If you're interested and good at sales, I'd give it a shot if you have no other options but if you have morals or literally any other prospects, save yourself the trauma.
