The owners are selfish. They don't care about anyone but them .They are self-centered. They have a union and they don't care about the workers. If you want to get screwed in every way possible then this is the right gob for you...
Pay dose not compensate for the work. Upper management dose not have any structure but expects you to fix it from them. Upper management makes changes with no regard for what is right and wrong. No place to move up if you last name dose not mach the owners, but if it dose you get everything handed to you.
