The employees and VPs (most of them) are great and intelligent people.
Cons
Management and leadership here are nonexistent. Respect and professionalism should be the foundation of workplace culture and should not have to be earned based on tenure, title, or perceived performance. Employees are more likely to succeed when they feel supported, valued, and comfortable asking questions. The two partners at this company are incredibly inept leaders who are rude and lack professionalism. On my first day, my boss spoke terribly about another coworker and I should have known from there the kind of company this place is.
