Pros

The Entourage is quite simply one of the best companies I have ever worked for, especially when it comes to team culture. There is a genuine sense of camaraderie here; the team is incredibly supportive, driven, and everyone is genuinely invested in seeing each other succeed. One of the biggest standouts for me is the level of trust and autonomy you are given. Leadership provides you with the freedom to learn, experiment with new ideas, and test out innovative solutions. You aren't micromanaged—instead, you are empowered to take ownership of your work and grow professionally. The environment is highly dynamic and fast-paced because we are constantly evolving to meet and exceed our members' needs. If you love seeing the direct impact of your work and thrive in an environment where things move quickly to deliver real value, you will absolutely love it here.

Cons

Because we are deeply committed to evolving alongside our members' needs, the environment is extremely fast-paced. Priorities can pivot quickly, which means you have to be highly adaptable and comfortable with change. This isn't really a "con" if you love a dynamic workplace, but it might not be the right fit for someone who prefers a slow, predictable, or rigid routine.

Great work-life balance with a positive environment

Pros

Work life balance. Being able to work 2 days from home is great and flexibility is there if needed. Everyone being in the office on the same days is great as it allows the team to collaborate together and enjoy the social gatherings and outings. They consciously try to create a working environment that is positive and rewarding, where the teams work together, not in silo.

Cons

It's fast paced which isn't for everyone. I personally enjoy the challenges of this

Pros

My direct manager was genuinely one of the highlights of my time there. Supportive, communicative, and actually invested in helping me get up to speed quickly. Clear with expectations and always approachable, which made the short time I was there a lot easier to navigate.

Cons

I was made redundant after just one month, which left me equal parts shocked and deeply disappointed. What makes it worse is the obvious disconnect between the company’s financial situation and its decision to hire in the first place. If the business isn’t hitting revenue targets and is under financial pressure, making people redundant should not come as a surprise, but hiring new staff in that climate absolutely should not happen either. New employees turn down other opportunities, uproot their routines, and put real trust into a company. To be made redundant a month in makes that feel like a complete waste.
