They hate their own employees

Pros

Hard to find any real positive things to put here.

Cons

They don’t have any regard for their employees. The cafeteria closes at 6pm even though the property operates 24/7. It looks as though they can’t keep employees interested enough to work there. They have such a great turnover that they have a job recruiting fair every month.

Pros

They offered $3.00 lunches, which is nice.

Cons

I have never had such heinous and inhumane working conditions in my life. The first month I worked there we had no air conditioning in our office while it was 110 degree in the summer. There were no updates on when,, or if, the situation would be fixed,. We just sat and waited for a heat stroke. Next, they brought in giant portable AC units, which probably caused everyone tinnitus or hearing loss. The giant plug in ACs looked like monsters from The Stranger Things. The management team consists of the most negative, rudest, and disrespectful people I have ever encountered. They actually are like cartoon characters, rather than people. An example is, one seasoned manager walked into the office everyday with the absolutely grotesque sound of revulsion. She uttered her outburst loudly. No good morning. Nope. Instead, we all knew that, with her arrival, there would be the sound of “Ecchhh…”. Every morning. Every morning someone else did something wrong. We know that she would then talk loudly to nobody in particular about how bad the mild situation was to make sure that every person around her knew about how annoyed she was. Also, if she ever reads this… if you encounter jerks or incapable people one day. They are probably incapable jerks. But, if you wake up every single day thinking that everyone else is the problem? Well, most people would say that , what that means is that you are probably the incapable jerk! Every single manager in my department treated those who weren’t managers like they were pions and brainless. They also criticized every choice in dress they wore, as if it wasn’t good enough or appropriate enough, while the aforementioned managers were wearing too tight pants, dresses, slacks, sleeveless shirts, sneakers, spanx showing, etc. I asked my manager to please move me from my seat because my coworker, with serious mental health issues, was making me very uncomfortable with her erratic behavior. The coworker is literally unstable, hooks up with guys on property, is loud, distracting, nasty to me, lashed out one minute, cried for 30 minutes the next and laughed the next. When I readdressed my concerns with the director about moving my desk, she said, “We aren’t moving your seat, if you want to leave, leave.” I left that day. I will leave you with this. If I can help one person save the light in their life by reading this and telling you to not enter this dark side of the world, I’ll be happy.
