      The staff is just trying to survive in this toxic environment.

      The company culture is severely damaged by upper management. The leadership style relies on intimidation, bullying, and favoritism, creating a culture of fear where employees are afraid to speak up or share ideas. Furthermore, leadership frequently introduces inappropriate and unprofessional commentary regarding race and gender into daily business conversations, using derogatory language that makes the environment hostile and uncomfortable.

      Pros

      The learning curve is steep, but offers an opportunity to gain a lot of experience quickly. Very collaborative, very hands-on. You get back what you give. Management and senior leadership have all been here forever. If you’re willing to contribute and put forth an honest effort, you will succeed here. Clients operate at the forefront of life sciences, meaning you’re actually contributing to overall human health (as in: not helping big pharma peddle painkillers).

      Cons

      This is a self-starter environment that rewards initiative and accountability. If you’re looking for a large corporate structure where you can stay under the radar and coast, this may not be the right fit.
