Pros
It's an easy job. Most positions are straight forward.
Cons
Layoffs are sporadic. You may only get 32 hours some weeks at last moments notice depending on how slow business is. It's repetitive and mind numbing work. Production bonuses are dependant on if business is good enough for you to be allowed to me the quota. Management is a mess. There are no raises given. The only way to get better pay is to apply for a different position. There's not really any long term benefits to working here.

4 day weekends every weekend they don’t discriminate.they will give ANYONE an opportunity for work
Cons
Very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter .You get filthy EVERY day in hardware
