when I first started, the company was heavily investing in the work culture and its employees but its slowly shifting to a corporate first attitude.

Cons

Lots of layoffs and attrition lately (2025).

Pros

Remote work and Ok benefits

Cons

Very unstructured, no resources or onboarding. Always numerous change in the company messing up the flow and employment. Leadership constantly drilling you on details and deals while Asks / support requests are constantly ignored. I would avoid this place at all cost. Customers hate the direction of the company and constantly have support issues.
