      Work from home But it becomes a con due to work pressure

      Cons

      Too much work pressure; unrealistic deadlines; management had zero vision on what needs to be done; PM is like a parrot who knows no technicality; asks to write summarised update and still pastes it wrongly to CEO because of absolute zero technical knowledge; more like a self eating Startup culture in few departments.
