      Salary, relaxed office atmosphere, mostly clear expectations, ability to grow within the company.

      Cons

      We are a start-up. Sometimes expectations change depending on what is going on with our clientele. We have a team in China, and sometimes there are communication challenges.

      TestBest is a start up that has lots of opportunity for advancement and growth. It is a fast paced environment and the employees are fun to work with. I feel valued in my role and I would love to work here continually.
