Pros

The coworkers are amazing. They are great to work with and the office allows dogs.

Cons

In every meeting with Rahul, the CEO, I'm always wrong. When I asked for clarification or asked a question about a project I got belittled for not knowing the answer and he ignored my question so I still didn't have an answer. Then when the project didn't go his way, he demanded to know why I haven't been asking questions to make it the way he wanted. His expectations are unclear and constantly changing so there is no consistency other than you are always wrong. There was never any encouragement or positivity in meetings. I never felt valued or appreciated and as a result lost a lot of motivation. This company has so much potential, but he personally drives away good employees willing to work with his condescending attitude and terrible treatment of those he deems below him.

The Cons Outweigh the Pros

Pros

Some of the best reasons at Tesloop are the people, flexibility, communication, and teamwork. - These are some of the most supportive and caring people I've ever gotten a chance to work with - Work can be done remotely and at your own convenience, very helpful when traffic is backed up or vehicle problem. - At any point, you can reach someone from the team to ask for help and feedbacks.

Cons

Unfortunately, all of the pros do not make the cons any more bearable. Most of the difficulties lie in the management of the CEO. Problems that are not within your control will be your fault. Blames are quickly placed, but good works are rarely appreciated. Even if times and dedication were heavily involved, the first thing noticed will be the mistakes. Most direct conversations result in the lack of motivation to continue further work. Work environment becomes tense whenever he is around. Benefits are nonexistent and pay raise is not guaranteed.

Pros

Some of the best people you'll ever have the honor to work with, besides the CEO. -You have a strong support network -Smoothie bar -vast knowledge of the cars

Cons

The reason why many quit this company is because of the CEO, Rahul. His dictatorship at the company creates a toxic work environment. He micromanages everyone's role in the company, and does not hesitate to rudely point out all your mistakes. There was talk of employees finally getting benefits, but that has yet to happen. If you're a masochist and love receiving verbal abuse, then this is the perfect place for you.
